All frequent buyer cards are the responsibility of the customer and must be presented by the customer at time of purchase to qualify. Dog and cat foods are kept track of separately. All free bags will represent the smallest size and most frequently purchased brand of a manufacturer. Any discrepancy will be at the sole discretion of PetMax. Any personal information that is collected is for redemption purposes only. PetMax will not use your personal information for any further communication unless consent is provided in advance.
