- Suggest Retail Price represents minimum everyday price
- Retailers Selling on-line must sell a minimum of 10% above Suggested Retail Price
- Promotion discounts below Suggested Retail Price are to be limited to 10% Off
- There can only be 4 promotions per year on the same SKU
- If a store fails to follow these guidelines, Boreal has the right to suspend sale of Boreal products to the retailer with a written notice given on their first infraction.

In our opinion this is a form of price maintenance. It penalizes our customers into paying higher prices which is unfair. We will not be coerced by Boreal and have refused to sign this agreement.
