Eligibility for Refund
1. Time Frame: Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
2. Condition of Goods: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns and exchanges.
4. Exclusions: Custom-made items, perishable goods (such as food), and personal care goods (such as shampoos) are non-refundable unless defective.
Process for Refund
1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team via email at support@petmax.ca or call our hotline to initiate a return.
2. Return the Product: Follow the instructions provided by our customer service for returning the product. You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
3. Inspection of Return: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Refund Processing: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please submit your exchange automatically through https://www.petmax.ca/a/return and follow the on screen prompts.
Additional Notes
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
- International Returns: International customers are responsible for return shipping as well as any customs and duties.
