FAQs

Please read our FAQs page to find out more about PetMax.

What is the Dexypaws Elephant Plush Dog Toy made of?
The Dexypaws Elephant Plush Dog Toy is a soft plush toy, and the sewn-in label on the toy reads 100% polyester. It has curly-textured beige fabric, big ears, a trunk, cream curly foot pads and stitched eyes. Dexypaws adds a squeaker and crinkly sounds, but does not publish other details such as the stuffing type.
Which dogs is the Dexypaws Elephant Plush Dog Toy suited to?
Dexypaws describes this plushie as soft and safe and ideal for gentle chewers and cuddle sessions. It suits dogs that carry, nuzzle and snuggle their toys. Dexypaws does not publish a dog size or age range, so choose it based on your dog's play style, and pick a sturdier toy for dogs that rip plush apart.
Does the Dexypaws Elephant Plush Dog Toy squeak or crinkle?
It does both. Dexypaws says the Elephant plushie has a squeaker and crinkly sounds, giving your dog two kinds of noise to discover during play. The brand does not say whether the squeaker is removable, so treat it as built in, and take the toy away if the squeaker ever becomes exposed or comes loose.
Will the Dexypaws Elephant Plush Dog Toy hold up to strong chewers?
It is not designed for them. Dexypaws positions this soft plush toy for gentle chewers and cuddle sessions, not for dogs that shred toys. Supervise play, check the seams, ears and trunk regularly, and remove the toy if it tears, stuffing shows or the squeaker comes loose. Strong chewers need a toy built for heavy chewing.
How big is the Dexypaws Elephant Plush Dog Toy, and what comes in the package?
The Dexypaws Elephant Plush Dog Toy is approximately 20 cm (8 inches); Dexypaws does not publish exact dimensions. It is sold individually, so each one you order is a single elephant plushie. Dexypaws' photos show it on a header card printed "Elephant | Éléphant", and the brand lists a shipping weight of 180 g for this toy.
