FAQs

Please read our FAQs page to find out more about PetMax.

What size is the Multipet Axolotl Plush Dog Toy?
It is a 5" (13 cm) plush, so it suits small dogs and gentle players that like a toy they can carry and cuddle. Larger dogs that chew hard are better matched to a bigger, tougher toy, and every plush toy should be used under supervision.
Which colour will I receive?
The toy comes in assorted colourways. Multipet's photos show purple with orange gills, green with pink gills and a tie-dye mix, and each unit ships in one colour. We cannot guarantee a specific colour, so the one you receive may differ from the photos.
Is the axolotl toy safe for chewing?
It is a soft plush cuddle toy rather than a chew toy. No toy is indestructible, so supervise your dog while they play, and remove the toy if it becomes damaged or if any stuffing or parts come loose.
How do I clean the axolotl plush?
We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then letting the toy air dry. Check the seams and the gills before you hand it back, and avoid machine washing unless the hang tag on your toy says it is washable.
Who makes the Axolotl Plush Dog Toy?
It is made by Multipet, the company behind the Lamb Chop and Loofa Dog plush ranges. Multipet designs toys for dogs of every size, and this 5" (13 cm) axolotl joins its line of soft plush characters in assorted colours.
