    How do I switch my ferret over from another food?
    Oxbow advises transitioning over two to four weeks. In week one mix one quarter new food with three quarters of the current food, in week two go to half and half, and in week three mix three quarters new food with one quarter current food. From week four onward you can feed Oxbow Essentials Ferret Food exclusively. Ferrets imprint strongly on familiar foods, so go slower if yours is hesitant.
