Decent company, a little room for improvement

I like using this company. Saves me time and they carry most of the feline food product lines I prefer for my girls. One thing I've noticed though is that I get a lot of dented cans of various size/flavor. Not little dings, I'm mean reshaped cans from significant hits. Since I'm buying new products I would prefer to receive them in new condition. They're not getting dented during shipping as there is no negative impact to the outer carton. I'm mentioning this as an issue because it can compromise the seal of the can and create food spoilage.

Just so you are aware, we have strict policies against shipping dented cans and we can confirm the cans are not dented when packed, however, it sounds as if we need to be using more packing material to prevent this issue during transit.
