PetMax.ca “Canada Day Yeti Cooler Giveaway” Contest

OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. CONTEST SPONSOR

This Contest is conducted and sponsored by PetMax.ca, 45 Nebo, Hamilton, ON, L8W 2C9 (“Sponsor”). Canadian Naturals is a promotional partner but not the contest sponsor.

2. ELIGIBILITY

This Contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising/promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household, are not eligible to enter.

3. CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on July 14, 2025(the “Contest Period”).

4. HOW TO ENTER

Automatic Entry with Purchase: During the Contest Period, eligible individuals who purchase any Canadian Naturals branded pet food product in-store or online at PetMax.ca will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Contest per qualifying transaction.

No Purchase Entry: To enter without purchase, an eligible individual must either:

a) Subscribe to the PetMax.ca mailing list during the Contest Period; or

b) Mail or email an original 1000-word essay describing a recent adventure taken in Canada, along with your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to sales@petmax.ca with subject line “Canada Day Contest Entry”

Each no-purchase entry must be unique and original. Limit: one (1) entry per person regardless of entry method.

5. PRIZE

There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won: One (1) YETI Tundra 35 Cooler in Rescue Red Approximate Retail Value: $375 CAD

The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable and non-convertible to cash. No substitutions except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value.

6. WINNER SELECTION

One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on July 31, 2025, at the Sponsor’s office. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. WINNER CONFIRMATION

Selected entrant will be contacted via email or phone within five (5) business days following the draw. Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must:

Correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid.

Sign and return a declaration of eligibility, release of liability, and publicity consent form within seven (7) days of notification.

Failure to comply will result in disqualification, and an alternate entrant will be selected.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, late, or otherwise not compliant with these Rules may be rejected at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend or modify this Contest, in whole or in part, without notice or obligation if fraud, technical failure, or other causes beyond its control affect the integrity of the Contest.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, promotional partners, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising out of participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

10. PRIVACY

By entering this Contest, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information by the Sponsor for the purpose of administering the Contest and as otherwise permitted by PetMax.ca’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.petmax.ca/pages/privacy-policy.

11. QUEBEC RESIDENTS

This Contest is void in the province of Quebec. The Contest is not intended for and is not open to residents of Quebec, due to unique promotional regulations under Quebec law. Entries from Quebec residents will not be accepted.

12. DISPUTES

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Contest shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
