FAQ

Veuillez consulter notre page de FAQ pour en savoir plus sur PetMax.

Can I use the Earth Rated Unscented wipes on both dogs and cats?
Yes. Earth Rated says these wipes are safe for both dogs and cats, and the fragrance-free Unscented pack is labelled Pet Wipes. The formula is gentle enough for daily use on dogs of all ages and breeds, which makes the wipes handy after walks, hikes or in between baths.
What does the 3-in-1 formula do?
Each wipe cleans, hydrates and deodorizes in one step. The textured sheet helps remove dirt, shea butter and aloe help moisturize the coat, and baking soda helps neutralize odours between baths, so the fragrance-free formula keeps your dog or cat smelling fresh and clean.
How do I use the unscented grooming wipes?
Use a wipe to clean your pet's paws, body and bum after walks, hikes and muddy adventures, or between baths. The wipes are for pet use only and are gentle enough for daily use. Used twice daily, one 100-wipe pack lasts roughly two months.
Are these wipes fragrance-free, alcohol-free and paraben-free?
Yes. The Unscented pack is labelled fragrance-free, and Earth Rated's 3-in-1 wipes are hypoallergenic, alcohol-free, paraben-free, cruelty-free and dermatologist-tested. The thick, pre-moistened wipes are made with USDA Certified 98% Biobased material.
How big are the wipes, and can I flush them?
Each pack holds 100 wipes measuring 20 x 20 cm (8 x 8 in.), made from viscose fibres derived from wood pulp. Do not flush them; put used wipes in the garbage, or in a compost bin only if your local facility accepts them. Earth Rated is moving to new Pet Wipes packaging, so your pack may look different.
