FAQ

Veuillez consulter notre page de FAQ pour en savoir plus sur PetMax.

What is the KONG Holiday Kickeroo Character cat toy made of?
The KONG Holiday Kickeroo Character is a long, soft kicker toy for cats in a holiday reindeer or snowman design. The published materials are 95% polyester and 5% catnip. KONG describes a multi-textured outer material, crinkling sounds, a fluttery tail, and a body filled with KONG Premium North American Catnip. KONG does not publish a country of origin for this item.
What kind of play is the KONG Holiday Kickeroo Character cat toy designed for?
KONG designs Kickeroo toys with a long, kickable body, and says this one provides a healthy outlet for full-body wrestling and hind-paw kicking. KONG also says its fluttery tail sparks cats' hunt-and-capture instincts, while the crinkling sounds and multi-textured outer material keep playtime longer and livelier. It suits cats that like to wrestle a toy and kick it with their back legs. KONG also suggests it as a holiday gift for the cats on your list.
Does the KONG Holiday Kickeroo Character contain catnip, and can I refill it?
Yes, it contains catnip. The hang tag is marked Catnip, and KONG says the body is full of KONG Premium North American Catnip. The published materials list it as 5% catnip. KONG does not describe this toy as refillable or mention any way to add more catnip, so it is not sold as a refillable toy. It also makes crinkling sounds when your cat plays with it.
Is the KONG Holiday Kickeroo Character safe to leave with my cat unsupervised?
No. KONG's guidance for its Kickeroo toys is supervised use only. Remove all packaging, including the hang tag, before play, inspect the toy frequently, and discontinue use if it is damaged. Replace the toy rather than continuing to use a damaged one. KONG does not publish washing instructions for this toy, so PetMax cannot recommend a cleaning method.
How big is the KONG Holiday Kickeroo Character, and which character will I receive?
It comes in one size. KONG's dimension graphics show both characters at 10 inches (25.4 cm) long and 3.75 inches (9.5 cm) wide. The item is sold as an assortment, so you will receive one toy: either the reindeer, with green antlers, a green scarf and a red tail, or the snowman, with a black top hat, a red scarf and a light blue tail. The character cannot be selected.
