FAQ

Veuillez consulter notre page de FAQ pour en savoir plus sur PetMax.

What is the KONG Holiday Kickeroo Santa Cactus made of?
The KONG Holiday Kickeroo Santa Cactus is a long, oversized plush cat toy shaped like a green cactus wearing a red-and-white Santa hat, with an embroidered smiling face and a string of embroidered holiday lights. The published product details list its materials as 93% polyester, 4% crinkle film and 3% catnip. KONG describes the outer material as multi-textured, and a sewn KONG Kickeroo label sits on the back.
Which cats will enjoy the Kickeroo Santa Cactus cat toy?
KONG says this cactus's long, oversized body gives cats a healthy outlet for full-body wrestling and hind-paw kicking, so it suits cats who like to grab a toy with their front paws and kick at it with their back legs. The catnip and crinkle sound are there to spark energetic play. At about 14.5 inches (36.8 cm) tall, it is a big toy to wrestle with. KONG does not publish an age recommendation for it.
Does the KONG Kickeroo Santa Cactus contain catnip, and can it be refilled?
Yes, it contains catnip. KONG fills the Santa Cactus with KONG Premium North American Catnip, which makes up 3% of the listed materials, and the hang card is marked Catnip in English, French, German and Italian. It also contains crinkle film, which makes a crinkling sound during play. KONG does not describe this toy as refillable or give any refill instructions for it, so it is sold as a ready-filled catnip toy.
Is the KONG Holiday Kickeroo Santa Cactus safe to leave out with my cat?
KONG's safety guidance for its Kickeroo Cactus toys is supervised use only. Remove all packaging before play, inspect the toy frequently, and discontinue use if it becomes damaged. It is a soft plush toy, not a chew toy, so it is best kept for supervised play sessions rather than left out all day. KONG does not publish washing instructions for this toy.
How big is the KONG Holiday Kickeroo Santa Cactus cat toy?
The Santa Cactus comes in one size. KONG's dimension graphic shows it at 14.5 inches (36.8 cm) tall, measured from the top of the Santa hat to the base, and 8.5 inches (21.5 cm) wide, and its listed weight is 127 g (0.28 lb). It is a single design, not an assortment, so every Santa Cactus has the same green body, Santa hat and embroidered lights.
