FAQ

Veuillez consulter notre page de FAQ pour en savoir plus sur PetMax.

What is the KONG Holiday Snuzzles Bow Tie Reindeer made of?
It is a flat plush reindeer from KONG's Snuzzles line, with a brown velvety body, red antlers, red-lined ears, a cream face and tummy, and a striped holiday bow tie. The published materials are polyester and latex. The percentage figures published for the two sizes contradict each other, so they are not repeated here. KONG does not publish which parts are latex, and no washing instructions are published for this toy.
Which dogs is the KONG Snuzzles Bow Tie Reindeer best suited to?
KONG positions Snuzzles for light chewing, tugging and snuggling rather than heavy chewing, and calls these characters great comfort toys. The flat shape makes the reindeer easy for dogs to pick up, carry and squeak. KONG has not published dog-weight guidance for this holiday item, so compare the Small (6 in tall) and Medium (9 in tall) with the toys your dog already plays with comfortably.
Does the KONG Holiday Snuzzles Bow Tie Reindeer squeak?
Yes. The hang tag reads "Squeaks" and KONG describes Snuzzles as having full-body squeakers that spark dogs' natural instincts for light chewing and tugging. KONG also says each bite is dense and squishy, which it describes as making chew sessions longer and more lively. On its year-round Snuzzles listings, KONG says the full-body squeaker calls out with a long, loud squeak.
Is the KONG Snuzzles Bow Tie Reindeer tough enough for heavy chewers?
No plush toy is chew-proof, and this reindeer is not designed for destructive chewing. KONG positions Snuzzles for light chewing and tugging, with a dense, squishy body under a soft, velvety exterior. A determined chewer can still tear fabric seams. Supervise your dog during play, inspect the toy regularly and remove it if it becomes damaged or worn, then replace it with a fresh one.
What sizes does the KONG Holiday Snuzzles Bow Tie Reindeer come in?
PetMax carries Small and Medium, both in the same brown reindeer design with the striped bow tie. According to KONG's dimension graphics, the Small measures 6 in tall by 5.5 in wide (15.2 x 13.9 cm) and the Medium measures 9 in tall by 7.5 in wide (22.8 x 19.0 cm). Listed weights are 104 g for the Small and 163 g for the Medium.
