PetMax Gift Card

General Information

Redemption: PetMax Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only, both online at www.PetMax.ca and in-store via our Point of Sale (POS) system.

Delivery: Digital gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions on how to redeem them at checkout. We offer physical cards which are exclusively issued in-store only and are not eligible for shipping.

No Expiry: Our gift cards never expire and carry no additional processing fees.

Denominations: Available in various denominations to suit your budget.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Final Sale: Gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, unless required by law.

2. Lost or Stolen Cards: Treat your gift card like cash. PetMax is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

3. Balance Checks: Remaining balances can be viewed during checkout or by contacting our customer service team and providing the unique gift card code.

4. Use Restrictions:
• Cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
• Cannot be applied to previous purchases.
• Cannot be reloaded or resold.

5. Promotions & Discounts: Gift cards are not eligible for promotional discounts or special offers at the time of purchase. However, they may be used to purchase promotional or discounted products.

6. Currency: Gift cards are issued in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and can only be redeemed in Canada.

7. Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold gift card orders and balances for suspected fraud, abuse, or other violations of these terms.
