It is intended for adult dogs rather than puppies. You can serve it on its own or mix it with dry food.
Why does RAWZ add goat's milk to this recipe?
RAWZ states that goat's milk aids in digestion, is rich in biotin (an essential B vitamin), includes antioxidants plus vitamins A and C that help protect the immune system, and reduces inflammation. How much of this stew should I feed my dog each day?
The can directs adult dogs at normal resting activity to be fed 1 ounce for each pound of body weight per day. RAWZ suggests 1.25 ounces per pound for active dogs and 1.5 ounces per pound for highly active or outdoor dogs. If you also feed dry food, give 1/3 cup less dry for every 1/2 can of wet food. How do I store the can once it is opened?
RAWZ directs you to promptly refrigerate any unused portion. Serve the food at room temperature rather than straight from the fridge, and keep fresh water available at all times. Unopened cans keep at room temperature in a cool, dry place.
